Welcome to Chowlytics AI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://chowlytics.ai (the “Site”) and our restaurant review analytics service (the “Service”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your restaurant or business.

3. Account Registration

  • You will provide your name, email, password, and payment details.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Plans: We offer Starter and Premium plans, each available on a monthly or yearly basis.
  • Payment: Processed securely via Stripe. All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard.

5. Service Description

Upon payment and account setup, you may submit your restaurant’s name, email, and review links for Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor. Our backend will fetch and analyze reviews in real time, then display:

  • Total reviews
  • 5-star reviews
  • Average rating (cross-platform)
  • Monthly trend (last 6 months)
  • Projected rating
  • Category breakdown
  • Recent negative review alerts
  • Day streaks (successes)
  • Heatmap (by month/day)
  • Keyword bubble cloud
  • Review source breakdown

An AI chatbot is available in your dashboard to answer questions about your reviews.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or scrape sites in violation of their terms.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, data visualizations, and software provided by Chowlytics AI are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our express permission.

8. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party platforms (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor). Chowlytics AI is not responsible for their content, availability, or accuracy. You agree to comply with each platform’s terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. CHOWLYTICS AI DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHOWLYTICS AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or suspected abuse. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
